According to the report, the investigator contacted Lexington County Public Works and obtained information concerning the original subdivision plat, drainage easements, and county GIS records. The report states that county representatives advised the investigator that the drainage easements discussed are maintained by Lexington County Public Works and provided supporting documentation.
These historical engineering records help provide context for understanding how portions of the community were originally designed and documented.
